Order cut off time:
If you place your order before 2 pm, it will be shipped the same day.
Shipment Processing Time:
We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. Therefore, all orders are processed within 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipment. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone to provide updates.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We only ship in the US.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours. You can use the tracking number to stay updated on the status of your shipment.
Damages:
While we take great care in packaging your order, Lolo Beads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order and find it damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.
We recommend that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. This will help the carrier in their investigation and facilitate the claims process.
